The SmartifyTrade Ecosystem

What SmartifyTrade Actually Is

SmartifyTrade connects three things that are usually sold separately: structured trading education, a strategy-and-analysis workspace, and an execution bridge to your broker — all governed by the same risk-management philosophy.

1

Education, from verified educators

Learning happens through a network of approved educators, each running their own academy inside the platform. Educators keep their own YouTube channel and audience — SmartifyTrade adds structure, progress tracking, and delivery tools around their existing content, rather than replacing it.

2

STEP Workspace — where strategy meets analysis

STEP is where students study a strategy before ever running it: a strategy catalog, a backtest engine, a trade journal, and watchlists, all in one place. The goal is that nothing gets deployed live without first being understood on paper.

3

TradingView, for chart analysis and signal generation

SmartifyTrade's strategy frameworks are published on TradingView as Pine Script indicators and strategies. TradingView is the charting and alerting layer — the student (or their chosen strategy) decides when a trade condition is met, and TradingView fires an alert.

4

The Bridge EA — execution with guardrails, not signals

When a TradingView alert fires, it is sent as a webhook to SmartifyTrade's router, which forwards it to the Bridge EA running on the student's own MetaTrader 5 account. The EA does not decide what to trade — it executes exactly what the alert says, but only after the trade passes through a 16-layer risk guard stack (spread checks, news blackout windows, daily loss limits, prop-firm drawdown rules, execution-velocity checks, and more). If a guard blocks a condition, the trade simply does not fire — the account is protected by rule, not by discretion.

5

Growth is peer-driven, not ad-driven

Every user gets a referral link from day one (the "Growth Partner" layer). Acquisition Partners recruit and support networks of educators and referrers at scale. None of this changes what a student receives — it is simply how the platform grows without paid advertising.

What SmartifyTrade is not

It is not a broker, not an investment advisor, not a signal-selling service, and it does not manage anyone's funds. Every trade that the Bridge EA executes originates from the student's own TradingView alert, on the student's own broker account, under the student's own control. The platform's job is structure and risk discipline — not decision-making.

Who it's built for: retail traders who want structured learning instead of scattered YouTube videos; traders who already have a strategy and want disciplined, guard-rail execution instead of manual clicking; and prop-firm challenge takers who need drawdown and consistency rules enforced automatically rather than by willpower.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about joining, the free trial, plans and licensing, the Bridge EA, strategies, partner programs, and support — searchable.

Getting Started

What is SmartifyTrade?

SmartifyTrade is a governed trading-education ecosystem: structured learning from verified educators, the STEP Workspace (backtesting, journaling, watchlists), strategy frameworks on TradingView, and the Bridge EA — an execution-assistance tool that routes your own TradingView alerts to MetaTrader 5 through a 16-layer risk guard stack.

How do I join the platform?

SmartifyTrade is currently invite-only. You join with an invite code or a referral code from an existing member, educator, or partner. Start at the Apply / Join page — it shows all entry paths: student signup (with a code), educator application, Growth Partner application, and Acquisition Partner application.

Is SmartifyTrade free?

Joining starts with a free 30-day trial of the student package (invite required). After the trial, continued access needs a paid plan — either a student package (education + tools + EA) or a standalone EA plan. Some resources, like the public video library and help guides, are free to browse.

Do I need prior trading experience?

No. The learning paths, educator content, and step-by-step guides are designed to take a beginner from fundamentals to structured execution. Experienced traders can go straight to the strategy frameworks, STEP Workspace, and Bridge EA.

Is SmartifyTrade a SEBI-registered investment advisor?

No. SmartifyTrade is an education and technology platform. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or portfolio management. All content is educational, and every trade is executed at the user’s own discretion using their own strategy and their own broker account.

Does SmartifyTrade give trade signals or manage my money?

No, on both counts. The Bridge EA executes alerts generated by YOUR strategy on YOUR TradingView account. SmartifyTrade never holds funds, never places discretionary trades, and never tells you what to buy or sell.

Which markets can I trade with the Bridge EA?

Any instrument your MT5 broker offers — Forex pairs, Gold (XAUUSD), indices, crypto CFDs like BTC, and more. The EA is instrument-agnostic: it executes whatever symbol your TradingView alert specifies, with automatic symbol mapping for broker naming differences.

Free Trial

How long is the free trial and what does it include?

The trial is 30 days and covers the student package: full Pro-level feature access, all strategies, the STEP Workspace, and one Pro EA license. It is the complete experience of the top plan, limited to a single license slot.

Does the trial include the multi-license bundle?

No. The trial grants one Pro license (one MT5 account). The multi-license bundles — 3 slots on Advance, 5 slots on Pro — are benefits of the paid plans only.

Is there a trial for the standalone EA plans?

No. The 30-day trial applies to the student package only. Since the trial already includes full Pro EA access, you can evaluate the EA completely during it — and after the trial you can choose either a student package or a standalone EA plan.

How do I activate my trial?

Sign up with your invite or referral code, verify your email and phone number, then open the Student Dashboard and use the Trial Activation card. Your 30 days start from activation, not from signup.

Can I get more than one trial?

No. One trial per person — verified by phone number. Duplicate accounts are blocked automatically.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your access pauses, but your account, License ID, and history are preserved. You can then purchase any pack — a student package (education + tools + EA) or a standalone EA plan (EA only, per the tier you choose). Nothing is deleted.

Plans & Pricing

What are the student plans and prices?

Three monthly plans: Basic $149 (student dashboard, foundation strategy series, Basic EA, 1 MT5 account), Advance $249 (full strategy suite, Advanced EA, prop-firm support, 3 MT5 accounts), and Pro $299 (everything, Pro EA with all inputs, mentor access, 5 MT5 accounts). Annual billing gives 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12).

How many EA licenses come with each plan?

Basic: 1 license (1 Basic). Advance: 3 licenses (1 Advance + 2 Basic). Pro: 5 licenses (1 Pro + 1 Advance + 3 Basic). Each license binds to one MT5 account, so the license count is the number of MT5 accounts you can run simultaneously.

What are the standalone EA plans?

For traders who only want the Bridge EA without the education platform: Basic $29/month (inputs 1–63), Advance $59/month (inputs 64–137, prop-firm compliance), Pro $99/month (inputs 138–177, signal-provider and mirror modes). Standalone plans include the EA only, per the tier — no courses, no STEP Workspace, and no free trial.

What is the difference between a student package and a standalone EA plan?

The student package is the full ecosystem: educator-led learning, strategy library, STEP Workspace, dashboards, AND the matching EA tier included. The standalone EA plan is just the software — the EA at the tier you pick, nothing else. If you want to learn and use tools together, choose a student package.

When do payments go live?

The payment gateway is planned for August 2026. Until then the platform runs in trial mode. Referrals made before launch are being tracked and will be credited retroactively once payments are live.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately after payment — including extra license slots. Downgrades apply at your next renewal; extra licenses are marked expired but your License IDs and trade history are preserved permanently.

Bridge EA & Setup

What exactly does the Bridge EA do?

It is an execution bridge: your strategy runs on TradingView and fires alerts; the EA receives those alerts on MetaTrader 5 and executes them — after passing every trade through 16 risk guards (spread, news blackout, daily loss, prop drawdown, velocity, and more). You define the strategy; the EA enforces the discipline.

What do I need before setting up the EA?

Three things: an MT5 account with any broker (regular or prop firm such as FTMO, The5ers, FundedNext), a TradingView paid plan (Pro or higher — webhooks are not available on the free plan), and an active SmartifyTrade license (trial or paid).

Where do I find my license key?

After activating a trial or paid plan: Student Dashboard → License panel. Copy the License ID and paste it into the EA inputs in MT5. Without it the EA will not run. Never share your License ID — it binds to your MT5 account.

How many MT5 accounts can I run the EA on?

One per license. Trial: 1 account. Basic: 1. Advance: 3. Pro: 5. A license auto-binds to the first MT5 account it runs on; to move it, request an unbind from your dashboard.

What are EA input tiers?

The EA has 177 configurable inputs unlocked by tier: Basic covers inputs 1–63 (core execution, guards, notifications), Advance adds 64–137 (prop-firm profiles, virtual SL/TP, session multipliers, ATR sizing), Pro adds 138–177 (signal provider mode, mirror mode, correlation guard, preset profiles).

Does the EA work with prop firm accounts?

Yes — that is one of its core purposes. The Advance tier ships named profiles for FTMO, The5ers, FundedNext, AlphaCapital, and E8Markets, plus trailing-drawdown mirroring, equity daily-loss guards, and consistency-rule enforcement.

What happens if a SmartifyTrade server goes down?

The platform runs dual execution servers with automatic failover — if the primary fails, a monitor switches to the backup within roughly 1–2 minutes and you get a Telegram alert at each stage. Alerts include the exact time window to check your broker history for any signals that fired during the switch. See the Server & Reliability section below for full details.

The EA is not taking trades — what should I check first?

The usual checklist: (1) AutoTrading button enabled in MT5 (green), (2) correct License ID entered in EA inputs, (3) your TradingView alert uses the exact webhook URL and JSON format from the setup guide, (4) the symbol in your alert exists at your broker, (5) check the EA panel on the chart for any active guard blocks (e.g. news blackout or daily loss reached). The TradingView Setup Guide covers each step.

Strategies & STEP Workspace

How do I access SmartifyTrade strategies on TradingView?

Strategies are published as invite-only protected scripts. You need a TradingView paid plan, and your TradingView username registered in your SmartifyTrade profile. Once registered, we grant access and the scripts appear under Indicators → Invite-Only Scripts. Source code is never visible — you apply them directly on your chart.

What is the STEP Workspace?

STEP is the in-platform working environment: strategy catalog, backtest engine, trade journal, and watchlists. It is where students study how each strategy behaves before running anything live.

Are all strategies available on every plan?

No — strategies are tiered. Basic includes the foundation series, Advance unlocks the full strategy suite, and Pro adds every framework plus all-input EA control. The strategy catalog page marks which tier each one belongs to.

Can I use my own strategy instead of SmartifyTrade strategies?

Yes. The Bridge EA executes any TradingView alert that follows the documented JSON format — your own Pine Script, a manual alert, or a SmartifyTrade framework. The EA does not care whose strategy fires the alert; it just enforces the risk guards.

Educator Program

How do I become a SmartifyTrade educator?

Apply at the educator application page (invite or partner code required in the current phase). The review flow: application → shortlist → detailed profile → agreement → approval. Approved educators get a free Pro-level account while active, their own academy page, and student-management tools.

What do educators earn?

Two streams: a 10% teaching-pool commission on subscriptions of students they actively teach, and the standard 20% referral commission on any student they personally referred. Both are recurring — they repeat every month the student stays subscribed. Payouts begin when the payment gateway goes live.

Do I need a big audience to apply?

An existing audience (YouTube or social) is the fastest track, but there are entry tracks for educators still building one. The application form walks through the options — apply with whatever you have and the review will route you.

How long does content approval take?

Submitted videos go through an automated compliance scan plus manual review. Status typically updates within 24–48 hours.

Can I keep my own YouTube channel?

Yes — the model is built around it. Your channel stays yours (subscribers, AdSense, brand). You embed your videos into your SmartifyTrade academy for structured delivery to enrolled students; public YouTube becomes your top-of-funnel.

Referrals & Growth Partners

What is a Growth Partner (GP)?

A referral partner. Every registered user automatically gets a referral link from day one — share it, and when someone joins through it and buys a paid plan, you earn a 20% commission on every payment they make, recurring for as long as they stay subscribed.

Where is my referral link?

Student Dashboard → Growth Partner tab. You get a unique referral link and code. Referral attribution is captured at signup and locked permanently — it never re-attributes to anyone else.

What is a formal GP and how is it different?

A formal GP is an influencer, community operator, or business-level referrer who applies through the GP application (usually via an Acquisition Partner). Formal GPs get an enhanced dashboard and support. The commission rate is the same 20% — the difference is tooling and scale.

When are commissions paid?

Commission tracking is live now; payouts begin when the payment gateway launches (planned August 2026) and apply retroactively to tracked referrals. Commissions confirm after the payment’s refund window closes, and fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals) are reversed.

Can I be a student, GP, and educator at the same time?

Yes. Roles are additive — one account can be Student + GP + Educator (+ Acquisition Partner if approved). Each role’s earnings are tracked separately in your dashboard.

What am I not allowed to do when promoting?

Never promise profits or guaranteed returns — that violates platform policy and regulatory guidelines. No fake reviews, no impersonating the platform, no spam campaigns, and never describe SmartifyTrade as a signal service (it is not one). Honest education-focused content converts better anyway.

Acquisition Partners

What is an Acquisition Partner (AP)?

An agency or individual who formally partners with SmartifyTrade to recruit educators and formal GPs at scale. Approved APs get a unique AP code, recruitment links, and a dedicated dashboard tracking every recruit.

What is the difference between an AP and a GP?

A GP refers students directly and earns 20% per referred student. An AP recruits educators and GPs, and earns an override commission on the revenue their recruits generate — up to 5% for the AP’s first 12 months, then 2% onward. Different layer of the network: GPs grow students, APs grow the educator/GP network itself.

How do I apply as an AP?

Through the Acquisition Partner application page. Applications are reviewed personally — approved partners receive their AP code, dashboard access at /ap-dashboard, and onboarding support.

Can an AP also refer students directly?

Yes — an AP can act as a GP too. On any single transaction only one commission type applies: if the AP directly referred the student, they earn the 20% GP commission on it, not the override as well (no double commission on the same payment).

Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

What payment methods will be supported?

Card and standard online payment methods at checkout when the gateway goes live (planned August 2026). Details will be published on the plans page at launch.

What is the refund policy?

Refund requests can be raised within 7 days of purchase via a support ticket and are reviewed case by case — technical issues and unable-to-use situations qualify for pro-rata consideration. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page. The trial is free, so no refund concept applies there.

How do I cancel my plan?

Plans run for the purchased period and simply do not renew unless you pay again — there is no auto-charge trap. To switch or stop at renewal, use Student Dashboard → Settings → Manage Plan, or raise a support ticket before your renewal date.

I paid but my plan did not activate — what do I do?

Wait 30 minutes first (gateway confirmations can lag), then log out and back in. If it is still inactive, raise a support ticket with your transaction ID and payment screenshot. Do NOT pay again — duplicate charges are flagged and one will be refunded after review.

Server & Reliability

Automatic Failover & Signal Gaps

What happens during a server switch, how you are notified, and what to do about signals that may not have executed.

How the dual-server system works

SmartifyTrade runs two independent execution servers — S1 (primary) and S2 (backup). An automated monitor checks S1 every 20 seconds. If S1 becomes unreachable, it triggers an automatic switchover: DNS is updated, the backup router on S2 activates, and your EA begins pulling signals from S2. The full switch takes approximately 1–2 minutes. Recovery works the same way in reverse. You receive a Telegram notification at each stage — no manual action required.

Signals during the switchover window

TradingView signals that fired between the moment S1 went down and S2 becoming fully active may not have executed on your MT5 account. This window is typically under 2 minutes. Your Telegram recovery alert includes the exact time window to check (e.g. "20:24 – 20:30 IST"). Open your broker trade history for that window and verify manually. This is a technical infrastructure event — it is outside SmartifyTrade's control and is disclosed in our Risk Disclosure.

Will I get notified when this happens?

Yes. You receive a Telegram alert the moment failure is detected, and a second alert once S2 is active. During recovery, a third alert confirms S1 is restored and includes the full signal gap window. A banner notification also appears on the website.

How do I know which signals to check?

Your recovery Telegram alert includes a conservative time window — for example "Check trades: 20:24 – 20:30 IST". Open your broker's trade history tab and look for any trades that should have fired during that window but are missing. Compare against your TradingView alert log.

Does recovery also have a brief gap?

Yes — when S1 comes back online, the monitor waits for two consecutive successful checks (~40s) before switching DNS back. During that brief transition there is another short gap. Your alert accounts for this with a 20-second buffer on the recovery end time.

Is this covered under the service guarantee?

Server infrastructure failures are part of internet-based trading systems and are not covered under any service guarantee. SmartifyTrade maintains automated redundancy (dual-server + auto-failover) to minimise the window, but cannot eliminate it. Please refer to the Risk Disclosure for full terms.
